PHIL SINNOCK
president
Phil is a proud 4th generation plumber, who graduated from the Apprenticeship Plumber Program at SAIT Technical College in Calgary, Alberta, and is a Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter. He holds a Cross Connection Control Specialist Certificate and is a Licensed City of Winnipeg Plumbing Contractor. When he can find time away from the phone, he enjoys finding new ways to smoke meat, scuba diving, and messing around with water toys at the lake.

KAYLA DOWNEy
OFFICE MANAGER
Kayla has a Business Admin background, and comes to us after working as a Legal Assistant and a Customer Service Rep in the automotive industry. She is responsible for the day to day scheduling of our crew as well as helping us keep our office running smoothly. In her spare time, Kayla loves animals and spends time volunteering with animal organizations around Winnipeg, or being involved in one of the many sports her son plays, including baseball.

Matt Glover, estimator & project manager
Matt is a Sheetmetal Journeyman with 10 years experience in the trades. He is mechanical contractor certified with the City of Winnipeg, and enjoys working on complex projects, particularly stainless steel and welded ductwork. Matt runs our special projects division and is well versed in Estimation. His free time is spent with his family, his 3 dogs and building out at the cabin - his home away from home.

ADAM DUDEK
plumbing lead
Adam is a versatile member of the our team who has gained experience in many facets of trades including plumbing, electrical, flooring and carpentry. He has a love for hydronic systems, boilers and is a great problem solver! He left the trade for 5 years to work on high pressure gas wells in the oil fields. In 2016 he returned home to his true love of plumbing. In Adam’s spare time, you can find him in the bush at his seasonal with his dog and partner, enjoying being immersed in nature.

Kolton Marchuk, senior plumbing apprentice
Kolton is a 4th level Plumber with 15 years experience in the plumbing trade and advanced knowledge in water treatment systems. Having worked for many years in general construction, he brings an additional expertise in framing, drywall, carpentry and concrete work. He’s also a diagnostic guru, finding solutions to the most complicated plumbing issues.

EVAN GREGORY
hvac lead
Evan is a very enthusiastic member of the team, working with us since he was in High School. He has spent most of his time with us mastering the HVAC and refrigeration trades and has become a whiz for large rooftop units. Currently a 3rd level HVAC tech, he now leads our HVAC department. In any spare time he has (which is rare!) he enjoys snowmobiling, dirt biking, spending time with his family at the lake, and playing outdoor hockey.

JARED KYLE
sheet metal lead
Jared is a 4th year Sheet Metal Apprentice who got his experience locally at Red River College. He has a background in sheet metal & stucco installations, and is currently leading our sheet metal division. In his spare time he is outdoorsy, spending time camping and fishing or playing hockey and the occasional round of golf. A motocross enthusiast, he lives in Winnipeg with his wife, his dog, and his two cats.

JUSTIN MaYER
plumbing apprentice
Justin is a 2nd level Plumber who attended schooling after starting to work with us in 2019. After a period of time away to develop his skills, he has re-joined the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in agriculture water treatment systems. Justin is our resident drain cleaner expert. When he’s not unplugging drains, he has a thing for fish - both catching them and caring for them. Ask him anytime about his fish tank!

Trevor parrish sheetmetal apprentice
Trevor was a student studying to be a Civil Engineering Technologist in a previous life when he left to do more hands on work. He currently works with our sheet metal team, which makes his experience in framing and roofing come in handy. He’s a big fan of hockey and football and spends a lot of his spare time working out, or with his dog Lily.
AIDiN STEFANOWICH sheetmetal apprentice
Aidan works in our sheet metal division and has 4 years experience with sheet metal installs. In a previous life, Aidin was an experienced granite & quartz countertop installer. In his spare time, he’s a very active sports enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, rollerblading and swimming.

Kevin is our newest HVAC addition to the team and is learning all about refigeration after completing Pre-Employment HVAC at Red River College. He has a background in construction, and enjoys fishing and camping during the weekends, and reading a good book during the week. He has no pets, but has adopted all the shop animals as his own.
Tristen Zorn

Tristen is a plumbing apprentice with 6 years experience in concrete work and general handyman work. He loves learning new things and has a passion for playing and producing music. To keep active, Tristen plays in a recreational soccer league.

Meet Cooper. A Louis Riel ATC Vocational Graduate who was joined Legacy during his High School placement.

Providing emotional support to the team since 2015, Quin the office dog is qualified to steal lunches and bring smiles to anyone who stops by.
