“We had a wonderfull plumbing and heating company for years.
Great West on Pembina shut down and since then we have had nothing but grief until Phil from Legacy came after struggeling with electric heaters and a chilly home all last winter and then no heat at all when we tried to turn it on a few days ago.
Our previous company suggested we needed a new boiler and the hydro man that attended in January said our boiler and motor were fine but our flow valve that should cost about three hundred to fix only needed replacing.
I made an appointment with my usual company and flew home fron vacation anticipating the possible need for a new boiler. What ensued is too nasty to go into.
This time I decided to call Phil from Legacy who fixed it for the cost of a service call...no new boiler nèded.
Looks like we have a new plumbing and heating company that doesn't try to oversell, explains what is really needed, charges fairly, and is clean and pleasant as well as covid compliant.
